Synopsis
Nobita has adopted a new puppy Ichi, and they become good friends. In helping the other abandoned dogs and cats, Nobita and his friends take the abandoned back to 300 million years ago to find their living places by Time Machine! Later on, In order to meet Ichi and the other abandoned, Nobita and his friends used the Time Machine again but owing to the twist of time and space, they have intruded into an unknown civilized and advanced Kingdom --- The Kingdom of Cats and Dogs!
Doraemon's final destiny of love has come when he meets singer Shami of the Mountain Cats Restaurant in the Cats and Dogs Kingdom. While Nobita and his friends met a puppy called Hachi who resembles Ichi very much, they then later get acquainted with Daku, Choko and Blu Taro. In order to help Hachi search for his parents, Nobita and his friends went together to Neko Jang Amusement Park to investigate the case. However, the person in charge, Neko Jang is very wicked. What will be his plan to trap Nobita, his friends and Hachi? Nobita and Doraemon will have an enigmatic odyssey this time. Will Nobita encounter Ichi again?

At the beginning of this movie, it so funny.
However, in the end of the story is very sad.
